^Lot 176a Arisaka Type 99 .308 Win SN 23212

Sporterized Japanese made WWII bolt-action rifle with 24" barrel, forged down bolt handle, jewelled bolt and extractor, Monoscope 4x32 scope in Weaver detachable rings. Bore is bright with good rifling. Action works well. Stock has a Monte Carlo cheek piece for a right handed shooter, a Fajen butt plate, a black plastic forend tip and grip cap. Stock has a few scuffs and rubs. Bolt handle number doesn't match receiver serial number and the bolt handle was roughly finished. Condition is good. *Modern Firearm*
